For fasr and easy connections of Hydraulis Hose,The JAZZY range of fluid components include the DELOK series of Quick Release Coupling, with products complying to international standard ISO7241-A & B, ISO 5675 and ISO 16028, having poppet and flat face valve respectively.

The standardized design assures the complete interchangeability with corresponding coupings currently in use.

Made from high strangth carbon steel as the basic material, hardened in parts subject to wear, DELOK couplings feature a chrome-III znic plating with a long lasting resistance to oxidation (TOP COAT, patented).

___QUICK RELEASE COUPLING Design___

ISO-A range includes the ture general purpose quick release couplings, with sizes from 1/4” to 1-1/2”, BSPP,NPTF and metric threaded connections, and working pressure up to 350 bar. Agricultural machinery is the main application for ISO-A and ISO-A couplings.

There are some pictures of hydraulic quick couplings. The two halves of the quick connector are locked together by a ball and sleeve (single and double acting) that act as a spring-loaded "locking device". Both seat valves and ball valves are available.
