Why does the tractor hydraulic lifting system weak?

The tractor's hydraulic lifting system is mainly composed of four parts: gear pump, lifting cylinder, distributor (multi-way valve) and connecting oil pipe. The main function of the gear pump is to provide pressure oil for the hydraulic system. The main function of the lifting cylinder is to lift or lower the agricultural implement. The main function of the distributor is to control the flow direction of the pressure oil.

 

The hydraulic system of the tractor often fails. The hydraulic lifting system is the system with the highest failure rate for tractors. The failure rate of the hydraulic lifting system of the medium tractor reached 24.84%, and the failure rate of the hydraulic lifting system of the large tractor reached 49.58%. The failure rate of the hydraulic lifting system of a high-horsepower tractor is exactly twice that of a medium-sized tractor， which shows that with the increase of tractor horsepower, the reliability of hydraulic lifting system is getting worse and worse. We analyze the common failure causes of weak and non-upgrading as follows.

 

1. The agricultural machinery is too heavy, the hydraulic lifting system does not match the tractor, or the connecting hole of the pull-down rod and the lifting rod is improperly used.

 

If the new car is equipped with agricultural machinery and is unable to lift, first consider whether the agricultural machinery is too heavy and does not match the agricultural machinery.

 

If other tractors of the same model are equipped with this type of farm tools and the lifting is normal, it means that the hydraulic lifting of the tractor has a problem.

 

If other tractors of the same model cannot be lifted, it is caused by a mismatch between the tractor and the agricultural implement or the agricultural implement is too heavy.

2. The hydraulic oil filter is clogged and the lifting is weak and not lifting. The clogging of the hydraulic oil filter is also a common fault in the hydraulic system. The cause of blockage is poor cleanliness of hydraulic oil and deterioration of hydraulic oil. At this time, clean the oil filter and replace the hydraulic oil.

 

3. The tractor's lifting hydraulic oil is insufficient and the oil circuit is leaking. If there is oil leakage and insufficient oil, make up the hydraulic oil to the specified oil level, and check and eliminate the oil leakage.

 

4. The hydraulic oil model of the tractor is not suitable. For example, the hydraulic oil added to the tractor has poor low temperature resistance. When the temperature is low in winter, the oil has a high viscosity and the hydraulic oil filter filters slowly. At this time, add hydraulic oil that meets the requirements of the tractor manual.

 

5. The hydraulic pipeline takes in air. If the suction circuit of the lifting system is not tightly sealed to suck in air, it will mix the air and the oil to form a foam and cause emulsification. Air is easily compressed and becomes smaller in volume, resulting in lower lifting pressure and weak lifting.
