The application of hydraulic technology to agricultural machinery is multifaceted. It provides various technical support for agricultural machinery such as adjustment, power, and assistance, which also puts forward higher requirements for the driver's operating skills. The hydraulic power transmission system of agricultural machinery is a complex system composed of many parts. Due to the complex factors of the agricultural production environment, agricultural machinery working outdoors are susceptible to vibration, sunlight, rainfall and other factors that cause abnormalities in the hydraulic system. Moreover, improper use and maintenance can also cause early damage to the hydraulic system.
For the most commonly used tractors in agricultural production, the application of hydraulic technology optimizes the connection process between the tractor and the supporting agricultural machinery. The electro-hydraulic control technology can more conveniently meet the requirements of a variety of complex hydraulic functions and protect important parts.
Hydraulic suspension operation technology is widely used in combined and compound operation agricultural machinery, and its functions include the folding and turning of working parts, and the power driving of working parts. For example, the control of the tillage depth of subsoiling machines, the lifting of machines when they pass the ridge, and the positioning during transportation.
Applying the hydrostatic technology to the grain combine harvester can conveniently control the speed of threshing and screening devices, and it can control the traveling speed of the combine harvester to meet the requirements of automatic grain unloading, which shows that the application of full hydraulic technology has a positive impact on the development of agricultural machinery and significantly reduces the energy consumption of machinery.
(1) The operating power of the hydraulic system is insufficient;
(2) The hydraulic driving process is unstable, and there will be jitter and abnormal noise in the case of a large slope or load;
(3) Leakage of hydraulic system or damage to components;
(4) The temperature of the hydraulic system is too high.
(1) Abnormal noise of hydraulic system
If the hydraulic pump has abnormal noise during the working process, it may be due to the aging of the bearings, blades and other components of the hydraulic pump during long-term high-load operation. Replace the parts in time when the parts are aging, and check the size of the axial gap. If the gap is too large due to wear, it needs to be ground and repaired.
If the control valve makes abnormal noises, it may be due to the wear of the control valve seat that has reduced the sealing ability or the control valve seat is deformed and inflexible in movement.
For abnormal noise of the control valve, the following methods can be used to repair it according to the fault location. Grind the control valve seat to restore its sealing ability. Check and replace the deformed or failed internal pressure regulating spring to restore the pressure regulating function.
(2) Hydraulic system leakage
The possible causes of hydraulic system leakage include damage, aging or loosening of the sealing ring at the joint of the hydraulic oil pipe, unqualified hydraulic oil or excessive temperature of the hydraulic system, and fatigue damage caused by the long-term use of the hydraulic oil pipe causing leakage.
For the hydrostatic drive systems, it is necessary to use qualified lubricants that meet the requirements. In addition, for the leakage of the hydraulic system, the cause of the leakage should be found according to the leak location. Replace damaged joints and oil pipes in time, and check the gaps between the moving parts of the valve and the oil cylinder.
(3) The Hydraulic System Temperature is Too High
For the abnormal temperature of the hydraulic system, people should check the viscosity and quality of the hydraulic oil. If the quality is found to be degraded, the hydraulic oil should be replaced in time, and the fastening parts of the hydraulic components should be carefully checked and re-fastened to ensure the sealing performance of the system. At the same time, the working pressure of the pressure valve should be reduced, and the blocked oil pipe or the damaged oil filter should be replaced in time.
