The hydrostatic drive system in engineering or industrial field is a closed system consisting of main hydraulic components such as hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor or cylinder, various hydraulic ball valves and main auxiliary parts such as oil tank, filter, accumulator, cooler connected by hydraulic pipeline system.
The hydraulic transmission system is to realize the plastic molding equipment to supply energy according to the various actions required by the process, and to meet the pressure, speed, temperature and other requirements of the various parts of the plastic molding equipment. It is mainly composed of various hydraulic components and hydraulic help components, among which the oil pump and the motor are the power sources of the injection molding machine. Hydraulic piping systems are usually made of hydraulic hose assemblies, hard (steel) pipe assemblies, and various jacketed pipe joints. When hydraulic oil flows in pipe joints and their hose pipe connector, the pressure loss along the course of fluid movement will be increased due to the different selection methods of pipe joints with equal or variable diameters.
