At this year's Bauma, Bosch Rexroth will for the first time showcase new components in its electrified future portfolio in China, including motors, inverters, moving gearboxes and software and system solutions.
Bosch Rexroth will offer both low - and high-speed versions of the new 700V motor. The two sizes of motors have different lengths while the winding configurations have different power levels, with an electric fuel pressure gauge. This allows manufacturers to achieve the highest degree of design freedom in electrifying between existing and new vehicle architectures.
The new inverters come in two housing sizes and support 700V and 400V systems with motors of up to 200 kW. Based on the principle of safety, developers and users can benefit from the integrated safety features of hydraulic and electrical systems that comply with ISO 13849. The inverter can be equipped with 12 V or 24 V power supply, with high voltage connectors and electronic pressure gauge for safe wiring.
The eGFT 8000 travelling gearbox completes the electrified product portfolio of mobile devices. These compact gearboxes can be combined with motors to create drives that save space for mobile devices. Applications where the main operating conditions are walking-driven, such as pickup and discharge trucks, without complex design for the electrical model. The newly developed compact gearbox does not require any additional installation space compared to the conventional gearbox with hydrostatic drive systems. The external gearbox has the same geometry as Bosch Rexroth's mature GFT 8000 walking gearbox series.
