Different valves usually have different functions, such as hydraulic actuated ball valves and stainless steel hydraulic ball valves. On the surface, the diverter valve, collector valve and diverter collector valve are valves used to control flow. What are their specific differences?
The function of the diverter valve is to enable the same oil source to supply the same flow rate to two or more actuators in the hydraulic system (equal split flow), or to supply flow to two actuators in a certain proportion (proportional split flow), so that two The speed of the actuators is synchronized or proportional. When installing the diverter valve, we need additional equipment with pipe joints and stub end flanges.
The diverter valve can be seen as a combination of two series pressure reducing flow control valves. The valve adopts "flow-pressure-differential-force" negative feedback, and uses two fixed orifices 1 and 2 of equal area as primary flow sensors to convert the two load flows Q1 and Q2 into corresponding differential pressure values ΔP1 and ΔP2. The pressure difference values ΔP1 and ΔP2, which represent the magnitude of the two load flows Q1 and Q2, are fed back to the common pressure reducing valve core 6 at the same time. After comparing each other, the pressure reducing valve core is driven to adjust the size of Q1 and Q2 to make them equal. In addition to diverter valves, titanium hose clamps and spring band clamps can also adjust the flow rate.
The difference between the collecting valve and the diverting valve is that the collecting valve is installed on the oil return line of the two actuators, and the return oil flow of the two loads is collected together to return the oil. The two flow sensors share a common outlet O. The greater the flow rate Q1 (or Q2) of the flow sensor, the higher the inlet pressure P1 (or P2). Therefore, the pressure feedback direction of the collecting valve is just opposite to that of the shunt valve, which can only ensure synchronization when the actuator returns to the oil.
The diverting and collecting valve is also called the synchronization valve. It has the functions of both the diverting valve and the collecting valve, which can ensure that the actuator can be synchronized when the oil is fed and returned. When splitting, because P0>P1 (or P0>P2), this pressure difference pushes the two hook spools 1 and 2 apart, and it is in a diversion condition. At this time, the variable orifice of the split flow is controlled by the hook spools 1, 2 The inner edge and the outer edge of the valve sleeves 5 and 6 are formed. When collecting flow, because P0<P1 (or P0<P2), this pressure difference will close the hook spools 1 and 2 and be in the collecting working condition. At this time, the variable orifice of the collection is made of hook spools 1, 2 The outer edge of the valve and the inner edge of the valve sleeves 5 and 6. It can only ensure synchronization when the actuator returns to the oil. The diverting and collecting valve can be used with brass hose barb fittings or threaded brass pipes.
In addition to the three valves mentioned above, there are other valves we need to understand, such as MHA hydraulic valves and ball valves for hydraulic system.
