Application of Eaton Hydraulic System to Medium Hydraulic Excavator

In 2010, it launched Duraforce load sensing hydraulic system for excavators. As a typical representative of medium-sized excavators, 20-ton excavators are widely used in engineering construction, water conservancy and electric power engineering, mining and other industries. Load sensitive, negative flow and positive flow control are three typical hydraulic systems in medium excavators. Among them, negative flow control system is the mainstream technology in the medium excavator market.

 

In order to meet the diversified product needs of customers, Eaton officially released the load sensitive Duraforce hydraulic control complete set in 2013.

 

Eaton’s JMF series rotary drive assemblies are widely used in excavators ranging from 3.5 tons to 36 tons, and their reliability has been proven by the market for many years. Relative displacement (the product of motor displacement and reducer reduction ratio) ranges from 350cc/rev to 5500cc/rev, with the highest rated pressure up to 320bar and the highest peak pressure up to 385bar (rated and peak pressure will be different according to motor displacement, see Eaton sample for details), and the maximum output torque ranges from 1000NM to 25000NM.

 

For the JMF151 rotary drive assembly, used on the 20-ton excavator, Eaton has redesigned the JMF151 rotary drive assembly on the basis of the original product, so that the reliability and durability of the product is better than other products in the industry.

 

At the same time, on the background of global environmental protection, Eaton uses its global R&D resources to continuously explore new concepts, new technology application in the field of excavator and has successfully developed a full hydraulic hybrid system.
