1. Generally, in hydrostatic drive system, the flow rate of the suction line is 0.5-1m/s, the flow rate of the pressure oil line is 6-8 m/s, the flow rate of the oil return line is 2-3 m/s, and the flow rate of the pilot line is 1.2 m/s.
2. At any time, the oil suction brass pipe and the oil drain ppr pipe must be at least 2.5 times the diameter below the liquid level, but not less than 100mm. The distance between the oil suction and return oil drain pipes shall not be less than 250mm at least.
3. When the pressure is relatively stable, the maximum pressure value does not exceed 2/3 of the upper limit of measurement. When the pressure fluctuates, the pressure value should not exceed half of the upper limit of measurement, and the lowest pressure cannot be lower than 1/3 of the upper limit of measurement
4. The specifications and settings of the overflow valve A and B in hydrostatic drive systems are the same, and when the two pumps in the circuit are connected in parallel to supply oil, sometimes the overflow valve emits a strong noise and causes resonance.
The oil return pipes of the two overflow valves of different pumps should be connected back to the oil tank separately. If the return pipes are connected together, when the two pumps are working at the same time, sometimes a lot of noise will be generated.
For the pilot-operated relief valve, the oil pressure gauge is generally connected to the oil inlet of the relief valve instead of the remote-control port.
5. The sealing mechanism of the oil seal consists of two parts, including lubrication characteristics and sealing principle. The friction characteristic of the oil seal is governed by the viscosity and sliding speed of the fluid. The relative sliding surface of the oil seal and the shaft moves in the lubricated state with the oil film separated, so the friction resistance and wear are kept small. The sealing principle is that the oil flow on the sliding contact surface of the oil seal is a cycle from the atmosphere side to the oil side and then from the oil side to the atmosphere side. The sliding surface is well lubricated to prevent the progress of wear, so there is no leakage.
When the hydraulic transmission system movement speed is too high, it affects the formation of a continuous lubricating film, resulting in increased frictional heat, and exceeding the temperature resistance range of the sealing material will cause damage to the seal.
When the pressure is too high, in addition to affecting the formation of the oil film, it will also have a squeezing effect on the rubber and plastic seals.
