1. Installation procedure of the hydraulic system

 

1. Pre-installation (trial assembly): elbow, assembly of oil pipe, black iron pipe and components, forged welding fittings, positioning of the whole pipeline.

 

2. First cleaning (decomposition cleaning): pickling pipeline, cleaning oil tank and various components, etc.

3. The first installation: connect the cleaning circuit and system such as hydraulic transmission systems.

4. The second cleaning (system cleaning): clean the pipeline with cleaning oil.

 

5. The second installation: form a formal system.

 

6. Adjustment test run: fill in the actual working medium for a formal test run.

 

2、 Pressure test of hydraulic system

 

1. Purpose of hydraulic power transmission system pressure test

 

Check the leakage and withstand the voltage strength of the system and circuit.

 

2. Regulation of test pressure gauge 

 

When the nominal pressure is ≤ 16 MPa, the test pressure is (1.5 ~ 2) times of the nominal pressure.

 

When the nominal pressure is (16-31.5) MPa, the test pressure is (1.2-1.5) times of the nominal pressure.

 

When the nominal pressure is more than 31.5 MPa, the test pressure is (1.1-1.2) times of the nominal pressure.

 

In the circuit with large impact or severe pressure change, the test pressure should be greater than the peak pressure; for hydraulic rubber hose, there should be no abnormality under 1.5-2 times of working pressure, and should not be damaged under 2-3 times of working pressure that you can measure with the help of electronic pressure gauge.

3. Correct use of automatic transmission hydraulic system

 

1. The use of the hydraulic system should meet the technical requirements of its design, and it is not allowed to operate under overpressure or overspeed.

 

2. During the use of the equipment, spot inspection shall be carried out according to the requirements, and the "five sense" method is generally used for a routine spot inspection.

 

3. Before starting the hydraulic pump, pay attention to whether the liquid level of the oil tank is normal and whether the oil temperature meets the requirements; check whether the adjusting handles and handwheels in the system have been moved by irrelevant personnel and whether the positions of electrical switches and travel switches are normal.

 

4. Under low temperature, the oil temperature should be above 20 ℃ before the sequential action is allowed.

 

5. Without the approval of the competent department, it is not allowed to adjust or replace the hydraulic components or auxiliary parts without permission.

 

6. When the system works stably, pay attention to the liquid level and temperature rise at any time. The working temperature of the oil should be controlled between 30 ℃ and 50 ℃, and generally should not exceed 60 ℃. You can use an oil pressure gauge to test it.

 

7. If the equipment is shut down for more than 4 hours, the hydraulic pump shall be operated for 5 minutes without load, and then the actuator shall be started.

 

8. Do not arbitrarily adjust the interlock device of the electrical control device system and do not move the position of each limit switch and block.
