How Much Do You Know About Hydraulic Hose Fittings?

The hydraulic pipe fittings is a part connecting the high-pressure oil pipes in the hydraulic system, which is categorized into the hydraulic hose and high-pressure ball valve. There are many types of hydraulic pipe fittings, such as brass pipe fittings and high-pressure hydraulic hose.

（1） Use a joint as the mother body to press the nut and ferrule onto the pipe. There are mainly hydraulic ferrule fittings, ferrule type end straight connector, ferrule type tee pipe joint ,and so on.

（2） Do not add sealant and other fillers. In order to achieve a better sealing effect, some people apply sealant on the ferrule. As a result, the sealant is flushed into the hydraulic system, resulting in the blockage of the hydraulic element hole.

（3） When connecting the pipeline, make sure that the pipe has enough deformation allowance to avoid drawing force on the pipe.

（4） When connecting the pipeline, it should be avoided to be subjected to lateral force. If the lateral force is too large, the sealing will not be tight.

（5） When connecting the pipeline, it should be done at one time to avoid multiple disassembllies, otherwise the sealing performance will be worse.

It is very dangerous to install the high-pressure hose joint, there are also some rules for people to protect themselves from being harmed.

(1) When the hose is moving or stationary, it should not be excessively bent or bent at the root. It should be bent at least 1.5 times of its diameter;

(2) When the hose moves to the extreme position, it should not be too tight and should be relatively loose;

(3) The torsion deformation of the hose should be avoided as far as possible;

(4) The rubber tube shall be kept away from the heat radiation components as far as possible, and the heat insulation board shall be used when necessary;

(5) External damage of the hose should be avoided, such as long-term friction on the surface of isomorphic components in use;

(6) If excessive deformation is caused by the self-weight of the hose, supporting parts shall be provided.
