Continental Hydraulics offers in both NFPA D03 and D05 mounting patterns, Direct operated Solenoid valves. Suitable for operating in systems that require directional control over the hydraulic fluids in circuits with flows up to 38 GPM.
With IO-Link interface, these Valves effectively integrates the valve in a digital communication system driven by PLC, and allows collecting operational data and environmental information for predictive diagnostics. The on-board electronics allow the valve to be controlled by a PLC with a low-power digital signal.
There are several functions available, including fast switch, energy saving and soft-shift.
The valve is available in 3- or 4-way design, with 2 or 3 positions and a wide range of spools
The valve is available with DC solenoids
The traditional high-performance directional control, these valves conform to NFPA D03 and ISO 4401 mounting standards. They are available in both 3 way and 4 way styles. All versions are available in 2 position spring offset, 2 position detent, 2 position spring centered and 3 position spring centered versions.

Pressures to 5000 PSI and Flows to 20 GPM
These Soft-Shift valves provides a slow spool movement; slower than that of a standard directional valve. This results in reduction or elimination of hydraulic system shock produced by the spool movement and high flow rates.

This valve is designed using DC voltage core tubes.
The DC core tubes accept DIN 43650, AMP junior, DEUTSCH DT04-2P coil connections.
